As soon as a salesperson is with a customer, a text message and email will be sent to the manager on duty that the said salesperson is with the customer. This will give the sales manger an opportunity to introduce himself/herself at the earliest stage of the sale. This will improve the closing ratio and accountability for salespeople. The texts and emails are sent to the manager as soon as the Salesperson selects an appointment.

Performance Results
